I wanted to keep a dual boot. Issue seems to get a 64bits XP driver to use with ndiswrapper. After full reinstall of the 32bits version, network works fine with ndiswrapper. Also not out of the box Touchpad works fine, including the scroll side. Fn- keys: Added brightness applet to the Panel, it works fine: Working ok, I guess with the fglrx driver from ubuntu.
