Source : Ars technica(Germany) Mobile service reseller Debitel has step up and offer a rebate to consumers, effectively bringing the price of the iPhone back down to its original 399, but on another network. That's a whopping 600 rebate per customer.
It appears that Vodaphone giving T-Mobile a run for their money. Debitel wants a good share too. If you checked out the wiki link, it is stated '47% market share' in Germany.
