Apple released iOS 13 today, with unspecified security patches, but iOS 13.1 is due next week with bug fixes. watchOS 6 is out, too, dependent on iOS 13. Safari 13 brings security updates but is incompatible with existing extensions and cannot be easily reverted to Safari 12. iPadOS is due next week, Catalina next month.
