Apple has recently updated their Keyboard Service Program to include the new MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, and 2018 MacBooks. If you have a 2018 MacBook or newer and are experiencing problems with the butterfly mechanism keyboard, i.e., inconsistent response or sticky keys, you may head to the nearest Authorized Apple Store to have it repaired
