Apple remains in violation of Chinese court order after iPhone software update, Qualcomm says

Apple on Monday pushed a software update out to iPhone users in China after a court found the company in violation of two Qualcomm patents, but Qualcomm believes the tech giant is still in violation of a preliminary injunction.
