Early iPhone adopters to get $100 credit

One day after dropping the price of the iPhone by $200, Apple CEO Steve Jobs penned an open letter to iPhone customers announcing that Apple will give owners who paid the previous $499 (4GB) or $599 (8GB) price for their iPhone a $100 store credit.
