After publishing frequencies of the future 45nm-engraved Penryn Xeons, Dailytech released the price list:
Prices will be substantially similar to those of Dual Core Xeons when the Mac Pro was introduced, or the current prices of Quad Core Xeons. Without changing prices of its Mac Pro models, Apple should be able to move the entire product line to Penryn Quad Core Xeons.
Those processors should officially arrive for Q1 2008, but we can expect to see the Mac Pro revision in January, as Cupertino has always been able to secure its access to Xeon in advance to PC manufacturers.
