PC manufacturer Dell is selling off its business IT services arm to NTT Data, the companies have announced. A Japanese IT services company in its own right, NTT Data is acquiring Dell Systems for over $3 billion, which will allow it to expand its business and find new clients in North America and bolster its existing services elsewhere, with the move also helping Dell slowly rectify its finances in order to complete its acquisition of EMC Corporation.
