Having just finally gotten a payment from Samsung for the $548 million it owed Apple after being found guilty of copying Apple patents, the iPhone maker has filed a brief with the court asking for another $178.7 million, explaining that the extra money in part was interest owed on the damages award following years of stalling by Samsung, while the remainder is meant to be further damages stemming from five Samsung products sold after the 2012 jury verdict, but which infringed on the same patents.
