Apple patent details smart ceiling lighting used in next-gen Apple Stores

As part of efforts to revitalize an aging retail design language, Apple on Tuesday was granted a patent for ceiling lighting systems that is currently rolling out to so-called "next-generation" Apple Stores around the world.
