Microsoft is partially backtracking on a decision concerning the reduction of OneDrive storage allowances by its users. Early last month, Microsoft announced it was reducing down the free storage allocation from 15GB to just 5GB, along with a discontinuation of a 15GB bonus allocation provided to users setting the OneDrive mobile app to automatically upload the camera roll to servers, but the software giant is allowing some affected users to retain their allowances.
