Red Camera has introduced a slightly cheaper version of its high-end cinematography cameras, aimed at filmmakers on a tighter budget. The Scarlet-W is said to fit between the Raven and Weapon cameras in the range, offering 5K 5K Full Frame at 48fps, 4K at up to 150fps, 2K at up to 300fps, and ProRes 2K 442 HQ at up to 60fps, using its 5120x2700-resolution 13.8-megapixel Red Dragon imaging sensor.
