Music, apps, and other content on iTunes is now able to be purchased using carrier billing in Germany, it has been revealed. Subscribers of O2 in the country can pay for items within iTunes using their mobile phone account with customers able to enter their mobile phone number into iTunes itself and have charges added to their monthly bill, or in the case of prepaid customers, whatever credit is available to use on the account.
