T-Mobile has released its earnings for the third quarter of 2015, falling short of Wall Street estimates largely as a result of cost-cutting plans to attract customers. The company reported income of $138 million, on $7.8 billion in revenue. Income is down from a reported $361 million in the second quarter of this year.
