Driven by the strength of the Chinese market and the larger format iPhone 6 line, Apple is once again on the top of App Store revenues, while trailing in total number of downloads. Google commands the lead in downloads, with almost twice the number of apps served, but Apple holds an 80 percent lead over Mountainview in reaped revenue from the downloads.
