Every now and then, even we have to make a trip to the Apple Genius Bar. For those new to the Apple family, the Genius Bar is where you go for tech support, whether it is hardware or software related. As our 12-inch MacBook is covered, I recently took it in for inspection at the Genius Bar for an issue where it appears that the trackpad has made contact with the display surface and left permanent marks.
