Apple on Friday released an update to its firmware for its 802.11n AirPort Extreme Base Station. Version 7.1, the company said, includes all fixes in Firmware 7.1 (released at the end of March) plus additional compatibility updates for the AirPort Extreme Base Station with 802.11n.
