Twitter is making more changes to the way it deals with online harassment, including limiting how many people can see the messages of an abusive user. The microblogging and messaging service has also altered its policies relating to what is prohibited and how it deals with users posting policy-violating content, with a new tool able to help its staff more effectively monitor abusive tweets.
