Mac mini systems were curiously absent from Apple's refurbished offerings in the recent past, but one model of the low-cost consumer oriented Mac has returned to the company's online store for $699 with 512MB of memory and an 80GB hard drive. Apple is also offering one refurbished Mac Pro Quad 3.0GHz Intel Xeon system for $3,299 with 2GB of memory
