Apple is making modifications to a tented annex that is an extension of the main Yerba Buena Center in San Francisco, where it plans to formally unveil the Apple Watch to the press and public on March 9. The expansion construction is shrouded so as to obscure what the company is up to, but the most likely explanation is to have an additional showcase area for the product so as not to cut into the seating capacity of its "Spring Forward" event next Monday.
