Apple raked in between $4.3B and $4.5B from App Store in 2014

Apple yesterday reported that gross revenue from its iOS App Store for 2014 was up 50 percent from 2013, although according to the numbers, sales were up only slightly from the 12 months prior to June 2014, when it last hinted at revenue.
