Japanese messaging service Line is preparing to globally launch a mobile payments service for iOS and Android in the near future. Line Pay, a service which has already launched in its native Japan in October, will allow its users to register payment details within the app, using their account to pay for Line stickers and other items from the Line store, as well as other online retailers and physical locations.
