OS X Mavericks release date We expect that Apple will role out OS X Mavericks soon, there are reports suggesting that it could launch on 30 October. If Apple does launch OS X Mavericks at the end of October, some may suggest that this means it's late, but Apple never said that Mavericks would launch sooner than that. Apple merely suggested that Mavericks would be available this autumn.
