Apple is now selling refurbished fourth-generation 128GB iPads in its online store. Currently available are Wi-Fi models in black or white, for $679, and a Wi-Fi + Cellular AT&T model in white, for $789. The latter model is the only Wi-Fi + Cellular option available.
