Now that Apple's announced the new iPhone 5S, it's taking some time to detail the camera, which, as you'd expect, has gotten an upgrade. The new module includes a five-element, Apple-designed lens with f/2.2 aperture and -- this is important -- a 15 percent larger active sensor area to help cut down on noise. Other features include autofocus matrix metering and a new flash called True Tone. Marketing speak aside, True Tone is a collection of 1,000 unique variations in flash tone to reduce clashing color temperatures.
