Apple boutique accessory maker Twelve South has taken the wraps off its new HiRise adjustable desktop stand for the iPhone 5 and iPad mini. The stand is designed to work with a user's Lightning cable and is compatible with most iPhone and iPad mini cases, unlike many other docks that only work with iPhones and iPads without a case. The HiRise is able to adjust the position of the Lightning connector according to each case and a sliding stand at the rear can also be positioned for optimal support, as the video embedded below highlights.
