In addition to the Galaxy Tab 3 with a 7-inch screen we've already seen, Samsung's just announced the slate will come in 8-inch and 10.1-inch sizes. The smaller of those two has a TFT display at 1,280 x 800 resolution (WXGA), working out at 189 ppi, a 5-megapixel rear camera and 1.3-megapixel front-facing shooter.
