Amazon has added Apple to a list of companies it measures against when deciding executive pay, according to a US Securities and Exchange Commission filing found by India's Economic Times. The document also shows that Amazon increased compensation for its executives in 2012. It's uncertain, though, if the pay bump is directly related to Apple's inclusion as a reference point.
