DigiTimes, a site noted for somewhat extravagant and unreliable supply-chain-based rumors about Apple plans, has posted a surprisingly restrained story predicting only that the iPhone 5S will launch in Q3 and have a faster processor and higher-megapixel camera – three things which are almost certainly true.
