It's true, folks: Spotify is finally available on the Windows Phone Store as a free download, which should come as a happy surprise for users who have been sorely missing the perks of the music streaming service on their devices. Unfortunately, this is only available for WP8, so legacy users on Mango or WP7.8 will sadly miss out.
