Alongside the Mac Wi-Fi Update that Apple brought out earlier on Monday, the company has now included EFI updates for the most recent iMac and 13-inch MacBook Pro Retina models. Both EFI updates offer other fixes and improvements, but are clearly designed to complement the Wi-Fi update in these models. The iMac update covers both the 21.5-inch and 27-inch "late 2012" (thin at the edges) models, while the MacBook Pro update is aimed solely at the 13-inch "late 2012" MacBook Pro with Retina display, rather than any other variation.
