iOS-based magazine app Zite saw an update today that makes the app faster and smarter than previous iterations. Version 2.0 of Zite adds a new Explore page, helping users find interesting topics. Users also can jump from topics anywhere in Zite to find related content, as well as rate stories by swiping them up or down in the iPad version. The new version expands the "Your Top Stories" feature, bringing headline news, featured topics, and popular stories in Zite, and users can now link to their Facebook accounts in order to get automatic topic suggestions.
