Apple's long-delayed iTunes 11 could be released as soon as today, according to the Wall Street Journal. The claim -- attributed to sources who have seen the software -- is mentioned briefly in a profile of Eddy Cue, Apple's senior VP in charge of Internet software and services. The delay was allegedly caused by "engineering issues" that forced Apple to rebuild some parts of the app.
