Mozilla's open source web browser drops support for Mac OS X 10.5 and adds a first revision of the Social API and support for Facebook Messenger, click-to-play blocklisting (to prevent vulnerable plugin versions from running without the user's permission), over twenty performance improvements, a new Markup panel in the Page Inspector, some security fixes. (TenFourFox 17 and Thunderbird 17 were also released.)
