Email correspondence between an independent German record label and its artists may have tipped off an imminent launch of the delayed iTunes 11. Originally scheduled for October to complement the arrival of iOS 6, the iPhone 5, fourth-gen iPad and iPad mini, the launch was pushed back to November. Although it is not known specifically what led to the hold up, the German-based Feiyr e-mail suggests that one aspect of the delay is insufficient high-res imagery for recording artist entries for the revamped artist galleries.
