Unsurprisingly, Samsung has filed to add the new iPad, and iPad mini to its upcoming patent suit against Apple. In Samsung's view after analysis, both devices infringe on Samsung's UTMS cellular communications patents and other utility patents. The second trial has yet to be scheduled, but is likely going to take place at the end of 2013 or sometime in 2014.
