As promised, Nokia has released a native HERE Maps app for iOS. The app uses NAVTEQ data, and attempts to fill in some of the gaps left by the absence of Google Maps in iOS 6. This comes mainly in the form of offering pedestrian and public transportation directions in addition to driving, including even a line view for buses and trains. Pedestrian trips can be voice-guided, but there is no turn-by-turn driving option.
