Acting via a court in San Jose, California, Apple has filed to add the Galaxy Note 10.1 and Android 4.1 to a list of infringing products in a US lawsuit against Samsung, Bloomberg reports. The case is notably distinct from one Apple won in August, in which a jury awarded the company damages of $1.05 billion. Instead, the suit involved today is only scheduled to go to trial in 2014.
