Apple has been hit with a lawsuit over the Quick Look preview feature found in the OS X operating system. The suit, filed by non-practicing entity WhitServe, accuses Apple's developers of infringing US Patent No. 7,921,139, which describes a "system for sequentially opening and displaying files in a directory."
