A Dutch court has ruled that Samsung does not infringe an Apple patent in its implementation of certain multitouch Apple patents, reports Reuters. Apple had the opportunity to put forward its case in The Hague court in September, with the courtís ruling only handed down now. Apple argued that Samsungís devices infringed upon patents it holds allowing users to use two fingers on a touch screen simultaneously, including ëpinch to zoom.í
