At its special press event today, Apple introduced the fourth-generation iPad. It packs in a new A6X chip with double the performance of the A5X for CPU tasks. Other new features include Wi-Fi that’s twice as fast, new LTE carriers, and the Lightning connector. The fourth-generation iPad retails for the same prices as the third-generation model, ranging from $499-$829.
