Some iPhone 5 cases have received moderate redesigns along with stretched out frames to fit the iPhone 5, but Ballistic's Smooth Series Case for iPhone 5 ($30) is pretty much identical to the last version of the case. It has the same smooth rubber body, replaceable corner bumpers, and button coverage. The camera hole is narrower, though, and there's now one long opening along the bottom edge for the I/O rather than separate holes.
