The gathering will be held at 10AM at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco, a common venue for Apple presentations. The invitation graphic appears to explicitly refer to a new iPhone, with the text "It's almost here" above the date, and the number 12 casting a "5" shadow.
