Judge Lucy Koh, overseer of the contentious Apple versus Samsung smartphone patent trial, has set a December 6 court date to make a judgement on Apple's request for a permanent injunction against Samsung's devices found to be infringing. The previously scheduled September 20 hearing will be used to discuss Samsung's request that the Galaxy Tab 10.1 sales injunction be lifted.
