Citrix has released an update for its ShareFile iPad app that introduces new IT control capabilities. A new "poison pill" option allows IT to set data expiration policies, while other new options allow IT to decide whether files can be opened in third-party applications or saved offline. In addition, the new release connects to connects to Active Directory and SAML enterprise identities, and offers Quickoffice integration for easily editing Office documents.
