Liberty Electric Cars hasn't cropper up on our radar too much in recent years, but it looks like it has been on Green Automotive's. It recently announced that it's acquiring the UK-based company, which specializes in converting Land Rovers to electric vehicles, for $17 million in an all-stock deal.
