Federal court denies Samsung request to stay Galaxy Tab 10.1 injunction

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on Friday denied Samsung's request the immediate stay of an Apple-won injunction against the Galaxy Tab 10.1 pending judgement of district and federal court appeals.
