High-level talks between Apple and Samsung regarding patent infringements have reportedly failed, according to the Korea Times. Apple CEO Tim Cook met with Samsung CEO Choi Gee-sung along with Samsungís head of mobile, Shin Jong-kyun. Although Tim Cook has stated that he prefers to settle when he can, two days of talks yielded nothing that will avert the case proceeding to trial as scheduled.
