Apple has managed to hire away a Symantec executive, Phillip Bullock, to serve as the new head of its tax department, a 8-K form filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission reveals. While at Symantec, Bullock was a senior VP and the company's chief accounting officer. "[Bullock] announced he will be leaving the Company to lead the tax department at Apple, Inc., and not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matters relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices," the 8-K states.
