A third-party Apple retailer, MacMall, is planning to expand outside of southern California for the first time, notes AppleInsider. The company currently has three stores in southern California, but is planning to open a shop at 329 West Grand Avenue in Chicago, Illinois on March 31st. To promote the effort the first 500 people to visit after the 9AM opening will be entered into a 10AM drawing for products like a MacBook Air; other drawings will take place throughout the day, and between today and March 30th, although the pre-opening raffles are being aimed at busine
